Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Royal Victorian Aero Club (RVAC) Gift Voucher Site. By purchasing or using a gift voucher, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. General
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all gift vouchers issued by the Royal Victorian Aero Club (RVAC).
1.2. RVAC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Purchase and Validity
2.1. Gift vouchers are available for purchase online through the RVAC Gift Voucher Site or at our club premises.
2.2. Each gift voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
2.3. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Booking and Redemption
3.1. Gift vouchers can be redeemed for Trial Introductory Flights and Scenic Flights offered by RVAC.
3.2. To redeem a gift voucher, the recipient must contact RVAC to book their flight experience. Bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
3.3. Gift voucher recipients must present their voucher at the time of booking and on the day of their flight.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellations
4.1. If a booking needs to be rescheduled, the recipient must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
4.2. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend a booked flight may result in the forfeiture of the gift voucher.
4.3. RVAC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, recipients will be offered an alternative date.
5. Participant Requirements
5.1. All participants must meet the minimum age and health requirements specified for each flight experience.
5.2. Participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided by RVAC staff and instructors.
5.3. RVAC reserves the right to refuse service to any participant deemed unfit to fly for safety reasons.
6. Liability
6.1. RVAC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during their flight experience, except where such liability is imposed by law.
6.2. Participants undertake flights at their own risk and are advised to seek appropriate insurance coverage if necessary.
7. Privacy
7.1. RVAC is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided during the purchase and redemption of gift vouchers will be used solely for the purpose of administering the flight experience.
7.2. RVAC will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
